What are the changes in the policies?

Anybody else find that after creating one neopets account, it keeps taking you to the email step? the logs you in automatically?

Yep - you have to clear your neopets cookies.

its easier to use firefox since with I.E and Safari and even Opera it takes forever to delete your cookies but on firefox you can delete everything in 5 seconds tops.

No actually 1 year goes for maybe 500k or so unless they have retired avvies

It depends on where you buy them. And the demand. They've been going up with the new perks coming out.

depends as 3 years goes for 500k as they have great user perks but 1 year have few
