I was wondering if there's any guides that can get you fairly familiar with how to go about score sending properly?

I want to work my way up to getting my trophy case growing, however I am far too intimidated with the risk of a single mistake being the death of the account I'm working on. (Was thinking about using a random account to get the hang of it, then moving to my main)

Any good guides you would recommend? Bonus points if someone would have a generic score list thrown together that I could go through and randomize a little.
