How about user/pass/pin I don't know if neopets allows non-ascii characters for those... but that might have an impact.

Not changed them and it worked before - just been the last few days I've had problems

Re-installed and everything works fine till I trying an put in a proxy then it just totally breaks the program until I reinstall.

I deal with these problems all the time at my job. I'm not sure about the PM, but at my job it's because of a failed conversion of an accented letter like 'é' . Does your proxy contain any non-ascii characters?

Definitely not, tried with a few different ones and it's giving me the same thing.
Then even without a proxy it just isn't going beyond initializing... I just uninstalled and re-installed but same issue.
Thanks for quick responses btw :)

None if I just hit start with no proxy - it just stays on initializing forever

If I try to enter a proxy I get

Recently it's just been getting stuck on initializing.
Tried uninstalling, messing with settings but nothing I've done so far is working.
I imagine there's a fix somewhere in the thread but it's a looooong thread ;p
