Really? It looks ok to me, but I'm reading it on a massive screen.. Probably for the best, it was a bit of a meladromatic post :p Was somewhat inebriated, though I guess it is my honest opinion. I'll sort font later :)

Fucking humans. Treating everything on this planet like it is worth less than shite. It's revolting things like factory farming, and the way we treat creatures - that are scientifically proven to have not only 'feelings' such as pain and fear, but complex social structures and emotions (yes, chickens) - that make me want to fling myself off a bridge.

Though I do agree - Unconcious chickens are preferable to factory farmed chickens. You do realise Keil, that the majority of chickens grown for meat are factory farmed - They don't see the light of day or interact socially with other birds anyway. Plus they get the mental and physical pain of squalid living conditions, mutilated feet from standing on mesh, all of the various health problems associated with overcrowding and lack of movement and daylight, not to mention the various growth stimulents that they are packed with, which frequently cause a bird's bones to break under it's own weight - also heart and lung issues as previously mentioned. Arghh. I shit you not, factory farms are worse than torture, and if you have ever seen one in person, you will struggle to sleep at night. Especially pork battery farms. They're serious nightmare material. So to spare an animal this experience, even if it is essentially taking away their life entirely, has to be a good thing.

Nooooo, only one friend knows. And she used to play :p My first boyfriend, actually, knew I spent time on it, don't think he knew I was pretty hooked... Current 'boyfriend' would not be impressed :p I wouldn't tell, it's not really something to be proud of ;)
