I noticed this same issue happening to me about a week ago, Abrosia would switch to Igloo, and then get stuck. It wouldn't show anything or buy anything, but wouldn't leave the Igloo unless I exited the program and reloaded it. My advice would just be to not use it at the moment. That's what I've been doing all week, and haven't had any other issues with Abrosia. 

I am definitely not an expert, though, and it could just be a random blip in the program that somehow effected more than one person, or an issue with Neo itself that hasn't become readily apparent yet. 

I love the area. I come down to Carolina Beach/Wrightsville a few times a year. I'd love to live there.

Its pretty nice, once you get used to the rain and the shoddy drivers. I've been here two years, and we've had three vehicles get hit while they were parked in our allotted parking spots, and me and my Husband have been ran over once, also in our parking lot. We actually just had someone back up onto the hood of our civic like it was a ramp, because he "couldnt see that it was there in his lifted truck."

I've yet to go anywhere near Charlotte yet, but we've been through the Raleigh area a few times.

I'm from NY originally, and relocated here about two years ago. Its a lot nicer than NY in my opinion, haha.

People that refuse to use turn signals for anything, and just change lanes randomly without looking.
