I've recently started abusing benzodiazepines, and they've really improved my daily coursework/attitude on campus (even when I do or do not get a wide-eyed high). I really wouldn't advise people who don't have severe anxiety to take them, but for me it's really made a grand difference even when I'm doing them recreationally. That being said, I don't enjoy drinking and I'm really adverse to smoking anything at all (C + O2 -> CO2 IN YOUR LUNGS, PEOPLE! EAT BROWNIES INSTEAD.); unless you need a dose of creativity or a different perspective, keeping your head tends to be more reliable for most than not.
