When you get your mortgage try to get bi weekly payments. Bi weekly payments will shed off years upon years on your mortgage. We got a 35 years mortgage but we switched to bi weekly payments and we will have it paid off approximately 6 1/2 years earlier. Make sure to pay the extra little bit to get your house inspected, try to find an inspection company that has been around for quite a while bc inexperienced house inspectors just don't cut it when you are talking about a large investment. qu4k3, if you AB on your main, it's fine to use your own IP. If you get frozen on it, a proxy won't save you. The only reason you'd want proxies is to avoid chain freezing if you AB on a separate account from your main.
