going to throw my 2 cents in here as well: definitely have some patience. i had an account frozen and it took about 6 months to get it back, but i did. TNT took very long to respond and then it was a back and force conversation that stretched out for over a month before they finally returned it to me. so if you follow this guide and can preoccupy yourself in the meantime, i'm sure you have a great chance of getting it back
