I signed up for advanced membership on the 20th but I'm still not an advanced member. I got an e-mail that said it was on hold until further notice, but I didn't think it would take this long and I'm not sure if I should just cancel? Is there something else I need to do? I paid through paypal. I just made a paypal account before buying the advanced membership so that might be why it's on hold? I'm not sure  

I'm trying to use Abrosia for the first time ever today, but as soon as I hit the start button, I got this "Unable to download shop info from neocodex" error. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi, sorry if I'm posting a silly question or if I'm posting in the wrong place, I'm new and I don't really know my way around the site yet. I've been learning about proxies all day today and there are just a few things that I still can't work out. I understand that it's safer if I use a proxy if I want to use abrosia. So I installed foxyproxy and I know how to use it but whenever I use a public proxy (that I found on a list online) it runs really slow : / I feel like if my computer is going to be this slow, I'd mind as well not use abrosia.... I thought about giving up and just running abrosia without a proxy but I've had several accounts frozen in the past so at this point I'm just tired of starting over and I'd rather not risk it. Did I just pick a bad ip to use, should I try some other ones or do I have to pay for a private one?

I literally just learned about all of this today, so I appologize again if this is a stupid question. I'm trying not to be the annoying new person that asks obvious questions.. Thanks so much in advance!
