I've only been Abing for less than a week now and I'm super low key about it. I mostly get low ticket igloo items and sell in my shop with occasional AAA items that I have to sell in the TP. My profit comes slower...but I'm paranoid.

What is the safest way to get np or items to my main? I don't want to draw attention and risk getting my main frozen. I've heard that "shop sniping" (I believe it's called) is the best way to stay under the radar by putting an item in your shop for high np on the main and having your ABer account buy it. Then quickly clear the browsing history. 

What do you guys do? 

I just started abing and I am worried about getting frozen. I am on default settings, mostly because I don't know what I am doing, and I noticed that twice I was randomly logged out of my account while abrosia was still running. Is this TNT's way of seeing if you are using an aber (logging you out but seeing the aber still running?) The first time it happened, I was using my account while the aber was running. (I know, I learned that's a no-no). I stopped it, logged back in, and restarted. Then I let it run for a little without tampering on the account. When I stopped it, I clicked to go to my inventory and it was logged out again. Should I be worried?

Also, I see people saying you should be using a proxy. What is that and where do I get one? I don't want this to show on the same IP address as my main. Is my main in jeopardy? This account is an old shell that has no linked email address. I may be NFs with my main though. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you for putting up with my n00bness.
