Thank you. If 10 items per lot, that means 150 items. But I thought we only could have 50 items? So do I have 50 items + 150 TP items?

You can have as much items as you want.
Honestly, having +50 items on your inventory only "might" get you into trouble if you're Kad feeding, other than that nothing happens to you (most of my shells have a constant +80 items invent lol).
But, if you have +50 items you won't be able to buy anything or receive gifts.
