I'm an undergrad double majoring in psychology and justice administration at a public university in the south. True crime is my guilty pleasure, and I value intelligence in a person above all else.

I am a 21-year-old female college student with rather large dreams and not much patience to speak of. I like science. I am a resident of the Bluegrass State, smack dab in the middle of the Ohio Valley and home of horse racing, fried chicken, and the worst seasonal allergies you will ever experience.

My first love, before psychology and body bags, is music. I am a classically trained vocalist - I studied vocal music for 3 years before attending a performing arts high school and studying vocal performance. While it is not the current focus of my studies, music will always have a special place in my rotten little heart. My favorite composer is W.A. Mozart, and my favorite of his works is Requiem. Lacrimosa is my favorite movement. Aside from music, my only other artistic abilities lie in the realm of photography. I can’t draw or paint to save my life.

I love body modifications. Pierced so far are my lobes (5), cartilage, nostril, nipples, upper navel, and lower navel. I have two tattoos so far, which you can see here and here. There will undoubtedly be more to come.

My musical tastes, in addition to classical, include:
Nine Inch Nails, Bassnectar, Flux Pavilion, Excision, Die Antwoord, Santogold, M.I.A, Slipknot, A Perfect Circle, Deftones, Maroon 5, Skrillex, Vaski, Datsik, Eminem, Deadmau5, KoRn, Porcelain Black/Porcelain and the Tramps, Marilyn Manson, Fiona Apple, Eisley, Kid Cudi, Katy Perry, and Cake, just to name a few.

I don’t watch much TV, but when I do I enjoy: Dos Equis
Breaking Bad, House of Cards, Mad Men, Tosh.0, The Walking Dead, Dexter, House, UK Skins, Archer, Forensic Files, The First 48, True Life, Intervention, South Park, Family Guy, and Invader Zim.

As for movies…:
Fight Club is my favorite movie of all time, followed by Requiem for a Dream, The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo (both Swedish and American versions), The Social Network, Inception, Candy, The Machinist, Thor, The Dark Knight, Death Proof, Thirteen, Waiting…, Resident Evil, Girl Interrupted, Jurassic Park, the list goes on…Aronofsky is my hero and that’s really all you need to know.

Books!:
Among Other Things I’ve Taken Up Smoking, Screwjack, Shakespeare’s Hamlet, Lolita, The Bell Jar, Girl Interrupted, Fight Club, Stoker’s Dracula, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, In Cold Blood, and the Harry Potter series. I love to read and if you don’t, you should really do something about that.
