Nope but setting the 'check for RS ban' time to 30 minutes or higher mostly fixes it ;)

I don't think the PM updating has anything to do with Chrome. I could be wrong though.

Resets, but you keep your score for three months. So people can continue to build it over time. It only gets removed if you stop playing for longer than 90 days.
