Wait! One last thing: I just realized this after rechecking the traceroute but it seems that the 2nd hop in the traceroute seems to average around 25-40ms while pinging the ISP gateway address normally in the terminal gets me 11-12ms ping. What is this discrepancy? :@

I know whenever I'm legit restocking, I turn off Javascript. Turning off Javascript prevents any popups (The "Are you sure you want to buy?" popup) and makes the page load faster. TNT has stated that doing so is a freezable offense, but I honestly don't think it's detectable.
