I've gotten frozen for receiving via NF and trading post way back despite neomails. This was a few years ago though.
Should be self explanatory but be sure your sellers are experienced and aren't just selling carelessly to get quick $$

Would I have high chances of getting frozen if I use the SS on the first day of the month to get certain avs? 

Any idea how much time an account should be frozen for before sending a ticket back? o:
