Did you unzip the downloaded program manager to a folder or your desktop?

If not you will need to.

Then install it.

First I extracted the folder and it installed at Program File. Do I run the pre loader application and log in with my account here?

Are you logged in to the program manager?

if you are, and you have abrosia open, click in the left hand corner, log in settings i think? then enter Neopets log in, in there

In the top left hand corner there under the tab "neopets"

you need to download the "Program manager"

Once installed, log in, and it will give you a list of programs, find Abrosia and download, then open and enjoy.
