Sorry if this is the wrong subforum for this but I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem...

Neopets won't load for me at all. I get the message "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to www.neopets.com" but isup.me says the site isn't down. Every other site is loading fine, it doesn't work in other browsers or on my phone, I cleared all of my history/cookies/cache, refreshed my IP, restarted my computer... I don't think I've been IP banned because it has happened before (I couldn't get on, asked a friend to try, she said it was fine, eventually it worked again) but I don't know what the cause is, if anyone else has this problem, if there's a way to fix it, etc.

I searched to see if any other topics had been posted about this but I didn't see anything that was the same type of issue.

Anyone know what's up with it?

Hi everyone, i'm lia! I'm 20 and I'm returning to neopets after about 10 years. I don't remember if I used neocodex back then or not--does a program that slowed down advert attack sound at all familiar to anyone?--but all of my accounts were chain iced so I'm starting over from scratch with a little help from neocodex
