I am having the same problem as well.
it seems that there is no issue with the account however, i haven been encountering bans from neo quite often these days but can be easily solved with clearing cookies.
currently running 2 ABs for 2 different accounts 1 seems to be working fine while i keep getting error with the other

I can't lower refresh under 8s cause im not advanced member, since you can, try to lower it to 5-10s? If you can't change the 4s buy time then faster refresh time should help substantially
