I'm running windows 8, I got it to kind of open, installed after the DL, and then it wanted me to DL something else, I'm new here so sorry if I don't really make any sense >.<, but i'm going to have to leave for work now so I don't have time to fiddle around with it, but I'l be back tonight.

I downloaded the program and and opened it, windows said it couldn't operate it.
