Luckygurrl18

I am an avid Neopets user, for 13 years I have been playing, in the last 4 years my account Luckygurrl18, and Xeno_Queen both got locked and I can not recover them. I just want the Luckygurrl18 account back if anything. I am here for any help I can get to get it back.
