I need help with the steps to open Abrosia after download. It's complicated, and to be honest, i'm really confused..

What does the following mean? It says each card code is uniquely linked to my Neocodex account... What if I wanted to send the code to someone else? Does this make it impossible?

 

What is the return policy on Neocash cards?
Once you order a Neocash card, the card code is uniquely linked to your account on Neocodex. You are then sent a Personal Message immediately with the card code. Furthermore, we have no way of verifying whether the card code has been used. Given these facts, we are unable to accept returns on Neocash codes. For products within the Neocash code family, all sales are final.

Why can't I enter the trading post forum? I joined on the 6th, and it's the 13th. That means it has been a week, and I have ten posts.
