Has anyone been frozen for this?

I noticed that new accounts have a lot of disadvantages like being unable to RS certain items. Anyone have bad, old accounts that they can give. I just need one.

All of mine for some reason vanished aside from one account that is like 12 years old but I made a false birthday for that one so can't access it.

Last time I played this game was like 5-6 years ago and it has been gnawing at me occasionally tempting me to come back every so often.

A little background information: I played neopets on and off for like 8-10 years when I was a little kid. I actually got frozen before but not for cheating but for flaming someone. I was a little kid I was stupid back then.. A shame cause I actually had a jade scorchstone on that account, I got it on the tower place when it sold for 1 million neopoints.

I made a new account and continued playing on and off. Made it pretty far I think I probably had around 25m in coins and 25-30m in battledome equipment like the hypno helm, etc but somehow I got hacked but never figured out how it happened.

So is the game dead right now and can I catch up quickly if I cheat? I have no interest in playing legit anymore because it would take too much to catch up. I want to play casually at this point and just fool around. One of the things I liked in this game was the randomness of it (random events, games of chance) and also battledome (I always wanted to rank high in those wars but I got hacked before I could).
