What helped me was thinking about how much it was aging me//making me uglier than i would be if i didn't smoke. Kinda shallow but it worked for me. I've not smoked for 1.5 years

I don't have the time anymore to devote to playing a ton, but still like the perks that come with having lots of np. Too lazy to rebuild old accounts. etc.
