I love Quake/Doom/UT, I am from that era of FPS, and at this point only play CSGO. I want to eventually get both games but trying to decide what to get first lol. Apparently Quake has netcode issues.

Lol :P. I got it from the professional gamer Fatal1ty. I used to use Fatal1ty87 then shortened it to just Fatal/Fatal87.

I'm trying to find a video from a few years back that is about predicting the future regarding technology, and it also mentions the history so far of Google, "the grid", etc. Does anyone know the video I'm thinking of?

People keep calling you a troll, but I disagree. I think like you, I am also one of the outcasts of Codex which is why I don't even post my opinion much... because people will rage/flame me for my beliefs (even factual knowledge they will discredit).
