New Feature! - You can now set up a PIN for things like your Bank Account, Safety Deposit Box, and other important places. This is all optional, of course! You can read more about it and set it all up by visiting the PIN preferences page.

I love how the "This is all optional" part really means "If you dont pay us, you wont be protected." Me=unhappy with this, although I knew it was comming.

I think TNT hired Kaos to do all that CGing, so that they could come up with the pin system, so that more people would pay for premium so they could use the new system. :whistling:

I like it, regular users can use it too :). -sets PIN Number-

It's really useful, especially if you get hacked ;o.

Especially if you get hacked and you don't want to lose all of your precious items. So you have an account password and then a completely different PIN for your items, bank, and deposit?

Yeah, so double the security .

It does get kind of annoying though, but I am leaving it on forever ;o.

Is there any reports of this being unsecure? I mean, is there an email glitch where it sends the pen to any email address? Somebody said that its possible, in relation to the old glitch of getting anyones PW mailed to you.

Still won't help anyone hack you.. since they'd still need your regular password to actually get onto your account.. right? :ninja:

I'm not using. Since the cg problem is the only way someone could get into my account is if they guess my password (highly unlikely) or keylog me. If they keylog me they know my pin anyways so it's a pointless annoying thing that I'd rather not use. I think the only reason why they made it is to get noobs to stop whining for extra protection.

Heh, I sent this to neo as an idea over a month ago, glad to see its in place. Certainly will make things a lil more secure, atleast untill someone finds a way to exploit it...

O_o I sent this in over 2 years ago actually. It was a very similar suggestion anyways. an IP locking via pin security on passes. =/ They could have done this then if they read emails...grr...
