Thats really stupid, but I do understand the point of the law. Hopefully, something will allow him to be viewed as an exception to the law.

Yes the law is not fair in this case. It should have exceptions for cases like this.

Hmm, that's pretty dumb... in Missouri a 14 year old can consent to anyone up to the age of 20... And when you're 17, anything goes.

The fact she didn't say stop means i dont think it can be counted as rape. As for the 15 year old they probobly have the same mental age lets face it... Girls are far mature when it comes to sex, and the age difference does matter.
