He WAS banned. Then unbanned, but people still thought he was banned. He came back, made a death threat towards one of our members, was suspended for 3 months, made a secondary account, and his suspension was doubled to 6 months. So he's not banned, just suspended for a while.

And Freak, you can only leave 3 categories blank.
