Go to the Neocodex trading post area and ask if anyone has the item you need? I have two, so the is a minuscule it chance it could be me. I suspect that since people got items at random, there are alot of people that don't really want what they got.

If you're trading for other NC items then there's a neoboard for that and it's perfectly legal. If you're looking for NP or other than you'll have to do it on the trading post here. :)
