Right before I finished work I had a strapping young lad waltz into our establishment. He wanted smokes, but didn't look of age so I asked to see his ID and he unfortunately did not have it on his person. He cited that he "came here all the time" and it was fine. I turned to my boss and he didn't look convinced to I had to refuse the sale of his tabacco product. In a huff he declared me a "pimply faced bastard" and stormed off into the winter wonderland outside.
