I always continued to run our track workouts regardless of a headcold. In the dead of winter I'd be outside running. Idk I always felt like it helped me feel better and unclogged my head. That works better with running though because you can blow your nose on the fly. Don't do that in the pool...

I know that my immune system gets suppressed with intensive workout which is why i'm not doing weights or running hardcore. It's more just to get my muscles moving after finals :P
And my nose isn't really clogged. But it might if I swim... that'd be gross.
