Both are technically correct. It's a stylistic choice, but if you say or write "an user", you will sound like a buttmonkey.

I think the only game I've ever downloaded was Dragon Age (which I then bought on Xbox). Oh and Resident Evil because I wanted to play them on PC :P

Apparently I'm one of 12 people in class who got an A+ on an essay (in which I spent one day writing the whole thing and submitted it half an hour before midnight). I'm still not happy with the grade >:(
