Of course, it would have to be hosted on the Internet if the computer isn't on, but that's also more than feasible. It does happen. People run out of direct transfers and get impatient. Pound transfers are usually preplanned and require very good timing and luck to step into the middle of though. I remember a topic a few months ago where someone caught a BN pirate draik in the pound (it was iPengu iirc).
