if youre selling then generally you make sure you have enough GB's to send the items youre selling. If your BUYING however, you dont need to privide the GB, unless you and the seller work out an arrangement/discount with you providing GB caps

It's best if your side was created with a different IP than your main, but otherwise there's almost no danger. Still, don't transfer gains until dead of night. I've been restocking pretty much 24/7 for a month and a half (since I started Neo again) with no freeze.

yeah it's usually 1 cap value = 500k but I see several here go lower than that.

depending on if you want a quicksale or not you can get as low as 300K per cap value. But generally most people look for 500K.
