I should take at least 30min-1hour on average. Its really not that hard, you just have to be lucky, but theres always that noob who goes "you have to type fast to get the avatar" -.-

the pet was stuck in the pound. It doesn't mean there was a transfer. It could have been there for days and yes people pound rare colors. They like the whole "giving to the community" thing...
