I got picked up from a friend's house a while ago, and when my friend pulled up to pick me up, he swerved into the driveway, nearly hitting me, rolled down his window, and said, "Get in loser, we're going shopping." Almost being killed for a Mean Girls reference? I can deal with that.

Well, I quit my fucking math homework. We have to do it in a program, and you can only get two questions wrong. No problem Except that for one question when I tried to put a - in, it said, "This symbol is not needed for this question. Try again." Guess what I needed for my answer.

This is the second time my neighbor's dog has gotten loose, and he smells horrible, he's super skinny, and acts like he hasn't eaten for days. He's getting pampered proper before he goes home.

Be careful. My dog wandered off for a couple days and when she came back, she was horribly sick with bloat and died. :/ The people that took her in must have given her a bunch of junk. Nice of you to care for him, though.

Well, the college I'm going to hasn't processed my financial aid yet, so I have no idea how much I'm being awarded, and I can't sign up for bookstore credit until they process it. The next day I could do any of that is Tuesday. Guess what day classes start.

@metagame - For most schools, students have reading assignments for the second week of class, but sometimes profs will assign reading prior to classes even starting. I know I had one or two that tried that.

Maybe I just had it easy. I was two books 'behind' when I started Ancient Comedies last year but I was able to catch up the reading after a day or so.
