i only get headaches during the transition phase of my keto diet. perhaps drink 3 cups of water do two twirls and then 5 pushups. and you will feel better

I find that the twirls and push ups really help with my headaches. I suggest giving that a try.

Hah, well I'm technically a visual arts major at the moment. I love art, but it's not what I want to do for a living, so I'm going to switch to a general liberal arts degree. I still have no idea what I want to do, and the idea of taking mostly humanities courses kind of freaks me out, but there really isn't any better option at my school.
