On neo, yeah. You can't "buy" someone's UC for 20 million.

You can offer a 20 million NP custom pet for their UC however.

Some people don't care about trading NC. And yes it is worth it. 2 ingredients at 75 NC each = 150 NC. Caps values are = 200NC. If anything you'd profit.
