    Oh, I should have mentioned this before, but two common causes of this are dehydration and sleep deprivation, so you might want to get a drink and some sleep, unless you're enjoying it.

    I'm drinking coffee and water and I slept 8 hours last night. I'm also at work so I can't really sleep. I've been feeling off in general lately so I'll make note of how I'm feeling and see if I need to take any other actions.
