what i do is open a shop and then sell everything cheap if there is an item i want on my main i'm one buyer out of everyone else plus a lot of people will buy 5+ items from my shop at a time cause of the prices. so my main gets over looked with its 1 item

Probably not but I wouldn't be surprised if your account got flagged for suspicious activity.
Using proxies is pretty worthless, IMO.

Worthless? No.
I've avoided multiple chain freezings because of proxies. They're far from worthless unless you aren't familiar with them.

Is it freezing when the red message box appears on the screen? If so, try editing the Alert settings to disable that pop-up.
