Not like it matters anyway, getting 500 posts isn't how you get adv+, so if he did come back he'd most likely be gone just as quick

Why not just not vote Yes for them when it comes Advanced+ voting? Make them /really/ earn it by encouraging being /social/ and /talk about themselves/ and /not repeat regurgitated responses/
