As long as your refresh time isn't like every two seconds it should be fine. It's a bit more risky but not significantly. The trainer only ever does anything every few hours and that happening at the same time as a buy or something is unlikely.

I don't see why not? All you'd have to do is go by paypal, send the money and leave the message "This is for [username]" unless you happen to mean gift the premium that you have, in which case i dunno..
