    Most likely towards the news update. Whenever I win Neopian Times/Userlookup/Poetry/etc. they usually procrastinate and do the judging within hours of the announcement because that's when I get that Congratulatory neomail. However people have said that the Random Contest is over 2 weeks slow so I dunno.
