Can 2 computers have the same IP Address? So I can run the AB'er on one account and RS Legit on another using the same computer?

Cookies store data about a session so you don't need to keep authenticating yourself by logging in all the time. Cookies themselves shouldn't store data about the computer, but rather about the login data the cookie was used to store.

They don't, at least Neopets doesn't. The only thing they don't allow you to (not anymore, which is a shame) is to have the same account logged in to several different browsers/computers/locations at the same time.
See, some websites allow you to: e.g. a YouTube collab channel account with a bunch of members can have multiple people signed on to the same account at the same time. Works for any YouTube account btw, I was just giving a multi-user example. Same goes for a...

I was going to pound transfur my UC MSP and so I had the pound transfer program up and running I pound then I remember that the account I was trying to transfer to didn't have a spare pet slot. So I rush to the pound and I see that no one has picked him up. Now he's safely back with me. Thank you pound lurkers for not picking him up. lol

AB on an account where it doesnt have a shop :P then transfer the items to a account with shop and use the autopricer
