Alright excuse my idiocy but what is the whole second, third, allstar stuff? Is there a tier beyond all star or is that just the number of tourneys youve gotten all star in?

Once you've purchased the proxy you'll set your browser up with the proxy & set Abrosia up with the Proxy. Sign in to Neopets and bam... you've got a proxied account and a non-proxy account.
