6 mile run completed, the Olive Garden sitting in my stomach didn't help my time at all. I'm pretty darn stuffed.

The worst part about living back at home is watching diabetes wreck my dads life. Especially when he doesn't control it correctly. Fml

He needs to get it together. My mother was just diagnosed. If you can get him to drink tea with a stick of cardamom boiled in it, cut out the processed carbs and light exercise after meals, that would help. Or else, he could always go on insulin injections :/ I feel for you.

He needs to do something! I can't stand watching him wither away :/..he has drastically cut down on his smoking. From roughly 2 packs a day to only a few cigarettes. I tried to get him to lift some free weights with me, even sitting down just to get some exercise in. His blood sugar levels are so out of whack, they could be ~200 and then an hour later spike up to 1000+. I think norm is around 140..

Nope I'm taking the next month off of work before I head to the air force! I have a lot of money saved up so I can just live off that until I head in.

This is a big weekend for me. I'm quitting my job on Sunday and on the same day I'm moving back with my parents. I'll be spending all of next month getting ready for Air Force basic training. TMinus 40 days.

Ohhh that did it. Apparently the NeonAP visits the shop front or something. I use a different shop keeper then the emo one. Thanks guys, good call!

I've never tried cinnamon with cookie dough in it, that sounds pretty good! I've had birthday cake remix but nothing compares to mint mint chocolate chip <3 I'm a sucker for mint!
