    In regards to Bush, I can't "explain" him. He might not be an academic genius, but he was certainly politically savvy and managed to get elected twice. He did also graduate from Yale and got an MBA at Harvard. Don't get me wrong, I don't like the guy and didn't like his administration, but shrugging him and his admin off as stupid shows an ignorance of how politics work, in my opinion.
