As a girl I can tell you she's just a dick. Most girls love attention like that and she's obviously just scared or out to humiliate you. If she apologies on her own, go out with her. If not, she's a bint find someone kinda and who in 5 years time is not going to be a crack hoe. :)

Now she just bitched at me for asking her out when she just broke up with her boyfriend last week. All I wanted to do was have fun and help her get her mind off things but apparently that was too quick.
