Shopping on my legit account and noticed a lot of stores in Neopia today has funky pricing that end in 3's, 6's and 8.

Sadly, I once again flunked the second practice test for Algebra ii midterms. I studied hard too, I just have a blank when it comes to math...Whyyyyyy!! *shakes fist at math teacher*

What's on your mind?Why is it since I became advanced the stores I want to be in are the most crowded? Bakery, Stamp, Choco etc.? Is that because those stores are accessible by non advanced members as well? Not complaining, love my advance just wondering...
