I used to code imaps (image maps), which are basically what the shop mall banners are.
Use Handy Image Mapper.
Free and it should be super self-explanatory. XD

no, i spent 100 on a supposed to be brand new toy and got it home and found out it was missing pieces, used and battery part was corroded. so took it back and got the display of it because they were out of stock and a discount.
