Spelling correction. "stripped" means to remove clothing or paint from furniture. Striped means to have stripes likes a zebra.

Just say that it wasnt the item you needed and ask for a refund. Works like a charm here. If they offer you a store credit just say that you have no need for one and they dont have the item youre after, hence why you want a cash refund ;)
